WATER INSTITUTE SIGNED MoU FOR COLLABORATION WITH SHINSHU UNIVERSITY FROM JAPAN

The Water Institute had the honor of welcoming a delegation from Shinshu University, Japan, for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Institute’s Main Campus in Dar es Salaam. The collaboration focuses on water purification initiatives in rural areas of Arusha. The delegation headed by Prof. Katsuya Teshima (Director, Institute of Aqua Regeneration – Shinshu University) who signed the Mou with Water Institute Rector Prof. Adam Karia, Takuyo Saito (Executive Assistant to the Director Shinshu University), Daisuke Mizusawa (Program Specific Professor), and Minami Suzuki (Coordinator, MomNest Association). This partnership marks a significant step towards enhancing access to clean and safe water in rural communities
